Siwen Video Publisher ("we", "us", or "our") provides a tool that allows an authenticated user to upload videos to the user's own YouTube channel. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when users access our application.

Information we access

When a user signs in with Google and authorizes our application, we may access limited information necessary to complete the upload workflow, including:

• Basic Google account identifiers needed for authentication.
• YouTube upload permission granted through the youtube.upload scope.
• Video metadata provided by the user, such as title, description, and privacy choice.

How we use information

We use authorized data only to:

• Authenticate the user with Google.
• Upload videos selected by the user to the user's own YouTube channel.
• Display upload status or related operational messages to the user.

How we do not use information

• We do not sell Google user data.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising or marketing profiles.
• We do not share Google user data with third parties except as required to operate the Google and YouTube APIs requested by the user or as required by law.

Data storage and retention

We aim to minimize retained data. OAuth credentials and upload-related data are retained only as long as needed to provide the requested upload workflow, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where practical.

Revoking access

A user may revoke the application's access at any time through the user's Google account security settings. Users may also contact us to request deletion of any stored data related to their use of the application.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect authorized data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
